Global warming flatlined…
Tropospheric temperatures are not surface temperatures. The troposphere is warming more slowly than the surface.
Shock news. We live in the troposphere.
In global warming theory, the mid-tropsphere should warm faster than the surface. What you are describing is the Urban Heat Island effect, combined with the bogus adjustment effect.
Channel 4 (near surface) has not been functional since 2008. Channel 5 focuses on 600 mb (14,000 feet). That is not a surface reading nor a good proxy for surface readings. The other issues you cite are addressed in the homogenization process.
Mid troposphere is supposed to warm faster than the surface. The data you are citing disproves the theory you are citing.

Funny when AGW predictions had surface and mid-tropospheric trends in sync nobody ever worried about making the distinction. Now that the divergence continues to grow, it suddenly becomes important. This is where we depart from Global Warming Theory and move into Global Warming Theology.
No global warming in over 15 years. No tropospheric hot spot over the tropics. No disappearing polar sea ice. Many glaciers growing. Ocean temperatures stable. Sea level rise flat-lining.
The gobal warming hypothesis has been falsified over and over, but the Warmists cling like frightened children to their new-found AGW religious beliefs.
But they haven’t yet corrected for NTB (nontrend bias).
It’s not and never has been about saving the climate. It’s mainly about saving socialism with international socialism.
