It Is Self Evident That Obama Will Tell Whatever Lie Seems Most Likely To Get Votes At The Time

“It is self-evident that what happened in Benghazi was a terrorist attack,” White House spokesman Jay Carney told reporters travelling with President Barack Obama. Carney did not go any further in clarifying whether the administration believed the attack was planned.

Five days earlier they said the exact opposite. Apparently their pollsters told them that the public wasn’t buying their lies, so they changed them.

U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice blanketed the TV airways Sunday to reinforce the Obama administration’s position

“The best information and the best assessment we have today is that this was not a pre-planned, pre-meditated attack,” Rice also told Fox News. “What happened initially was that it was a spontaneous reaction to what had just transpired in Cairo

The other possibility is that Obama and the rest of the White House are simply flaming imbeciles.

I don’t think people were buying what they were trying to sell at all.

Those extremists are nuts and it’s inexcusable to try and defend them.

  2. Steve Clough says:

How can the Administration offer an opinion when they have no idea what is going on. They are asleep at the wheel……………AGAIN!

    • They aren’t asleep at the wheel. What’s really happening is Barack Obama is telling them to act more subtly. This openly ugly Muslim aggression is not cohesive with how he goes about accomplishing his goal. He lies. He makes people think he’s good for America. Then he goes about wrecking America quietly, behind the scenes, bringing it down to where he thinks it should be. He’s not against what the Muslim Brotherhood is doing. He just doesn’t want it to be self evident aggression. He’s sending the signal for them to be more like him.

When I tweeted on the day it happened that it couldn’t possibly have been a chance killing of an Ambassador, I got called a conspiracy theorist

    • suyts says:

Yes, that’s a common accusation today. Frankly, I have no idea how someone could have even thought that killing a U.S. ambassador was a random act in those circumstances.

    • gator69 says:

There is nothing wrong with being called a conspiracy theorist, because there are conspiracies all around us. Wear it with pride next time.

      • The Democrats entire platform in 2004 was Saddam’s WMD’s as a Bush conspiracy.

      • gator69 says:

“Vast right-wing conspiracy” was a theory advanced by then First Lady of the United States Hillary Rodham Clinton in 1998 in defense of her husband, President Bill Clinton, and his administration during the Lewinsky scandal, characterizing the Lewinsky charges as the latest in a long, organized, collaborative series of charges by Clinton’s political enemies.[1] The Starr Report found that the Lewinsky affair had not been fabricated. The term has been used since, including in a question posed to Bill Clinton in 2009 to describe attacks on Barack Obama during his early presidency.”

Democrats keep missing the mark… I would call them “failed conspiracy theorists”, or more simply “failures”.

You will never get an honest answer from this administration about anything. Much less their dismal failure of a foreign policy. Maybe he didn’t bow deep enough?

  5. kbray in california says:

I put on my “Obama Glasses” and Benghazi looks like a case of “workplace violence”.
Just a minor misunderstanding like at Fort Hood.
The guards became offended… then off-ended the ambassador.
So it is with the “Religion of Peace”…

  6. omnologos says:

On a related note…what were two dozen US citizens doing in the temporary consulate compound in Benghazi that night with the Ambassador? I doubt the cultural exchange program had started so early.

  7. Chewer says:

The FBI will get to bottom of this issue and that is where it will be buried, the foggy bottom…

A politician lying & telling the voters what they want to hear?
    Incredible!
