Not at all. Our Dear Leader also accelerated the rate of DECLINE of global temperatures (a decline he inherited from the Gaia-hating Bush), now at -0.45 C/decade since the end of 2008.
Our Dear Leader can also take credit for his crappy economy smashing down carbon sewage emissions from our 57 states, down to levels comparable to the early 1990′s. He also lowered American fecundity, thereby avoiding millions of tons of future carbon spewage.
The truly remarkable thing is that He accomplished all of this with the same effort that brought Him the Nobel Peace Prize.
