Doesn’t matter. As long as it is above normal in Chicago, New York, Moscow, or (to quote Mark Steyn) Whogivesastan, below normal temperatures anywhere else don’t exist.

The weather lately here in Arizona can only be described as spectacular. Mild, beautiful days and now a sprinkling of snow and light rain. I love it here.
