Passing laws to ban CO2 or guns will do nothing to protect our children. We need to accept the fact that bad weather and psychotic killers happen, and that children need responsible adults to provide them with warmth, shelter and safety. During the 19th century, everyone in rural areas had guns to protect themselves from predators. Nothing has changed.
