The massive quantities of ammo DHS is buying can mean only one thing. They are planning to have war with Americans.
The severe shortage started at the beginning of January. I have about 1000 rnds each of 9mm and .380 FMJ (target rounds) and 900 5.56 NATO. Until supplies are replenished, we are not target shooting.
The only online ammo available is bought up within a few minutes after being posted, unless you want to pay through the nose for what’s available.
You can still buy ammo through gunbroker.com, but at 2-3x the price before the panic. I’m seriously considering selling my AR15 with the ammo and when prices drop in 6 months buy back.

I’ve made up my mind. Before it’s too late I’ll pay the penalties and cash out all retirement savings and other investments and buy a boat load of physical silver (there are shortages in silver too) and gold. Srcew them all.
I have done exactly that already Mike. Wasn’t much of a penalty though, since my 401k has only yielded about 1.6%. If I had been smart, years ago I would have bought gold and silver instead of stashing into 401k. What a total waste of money my 401k has been.
