  1. MikeTheDenier says:

Wow!! Look at all that global warming…

and look at this. NOAA is to more tricks. They’ve turned a lot of stuff RED…

  2. Mike Davis says:

While that is all logical I would expect the numbers to change in the coming weeks if the temperatures remain low as expected. Long term cold will drain the resistance from more borderline health problems and result in the numbers of additional deaths increasing.

  3. RoyFOMR says:

Excess deaths. WTF does that mean?
When does a murderer turn into a serial killer?
Is it about the same time as a national asset, the Met Office, turned feral?
Or, did it first surface, when playboy politicians took over the democratic process?
Dunno, but frankly my dear I do give a damn.
Damn you, whom with hubristic certainty, self seeking platitudes and choice of ego-feeding, toadying advisors have prematurely consigned multitudes to the boatman without the fare to cross over!

  4. AndyW says:

Not that a paper owned by the Daily Mail would ever exaggerate but the link on the left hand side says “Earquake like an explosion hits Cumbria ”

It was actually 3.6 magnitude, plobably slightly rattled Mrs Miggins china tea cop on the shelf 😀

For a blog called Real Science the number of links to te Daily Mail and it’s subsiduaries is very worrying. It’s mainly read by old women who want their fears proved right.
