Here is the published mission statement of the Air Research Laboratory of NOAA:
“Our Mission is to improve the ability of the Nation to protect human and ecosystem health and to support a vibrant economy through advanced atmospheric sciences and technologies.”
I guess Mr. Miller does not agree with his organizations stated mission as stated by his own words at an activist function. Unless by vibrant economy they mean one with less people and no growth. Maybe all their research into advanced atmospheric sciences and technologies indicates the best they can do is reduced population.
Was this guy speaking because he is employed by NOAA?
The agency mission is to help get Dumbocrats re-elected, which resonates with a handful of Sierra club members and a few other dead-enders, and right now that’s about all the support they can count on.
If Dr Miller really believed what he said he would have written it in his suicide note when he eliminated his family. The entire group attending the 350 functions could have done their part to fix their imagined global problem!
Any government agency that allows that type of advocate to continue to be employed needs to have their funding stopped!

Again it seems that the ultimate carbon offset for such folks and the Obama Administration, is the reduction of humans. If they want to get rid of humans why not just stop aid to Africa, India and other energy impoverished countries? This would eliminate human life by the millions and the green shirt elites could feel good about saving the planet.

If you stop and think about it for a moment, it all makes sense. Democrats have long argued that the pie is limited (and thus rich people do not earn their money, they steal it). So all he is doing is trying to make their false assumption come true. If they have their way – then the pie will never grow and each person will get a shrinking portion of it (but they hope to shrink the population faster – hence the eugenics).
