Physicist With A “Weapons Cache” Hauled Off By Police

He had a rifle, a .22, a 9mm pistol, and a few boxes of ammo.

Morse, 75, is a former Los Alamos National Laboratory physicist who has demonstrated increasing anger at the laboratory, NNSA and various law enforcement agencies in recent years.

Police exercised a search warrant Thursday evening and discovered a 30-06 rifle, a 22 caliber rifle, a 9 mm semi automatic hand gun and more than a thousand rounds of ammunition, including 661 rounds for the 30-06 rifle alone.

Fools! He’s a dangerous physicist! He could have easily created a poison gas or explosive device in his garage that could have killed hundreds or even thousands! Who cares about those little “pop” guns, they should wipe his memory now before it’s too late!

But it’s ok for Hansen to go on anti-American, anti-democracy rants….

We do indeed live in strange times.

    TO Funny.
I do not have that much ammo for my 30-06. I do have 2 bricks for my grand daughters .22 that would probably exceed their entire haul.
I had to read the article! What a cluster on the part of the police from the start when he was placed on house arrest. The weapons issue is blown out of proportion as the 9 appears to be a G17 the .22 is a Ruger 10-22 and the 06 looks like a Garrand. The search warrant should have come before he was placed on house arrest waiting for evaluation of his mental state.
