Severe Tornadoes Are Associated With Cold Years

The worst years for tornadoes in the US were those where the GISS anomaly was between -0.3 and +0.2.

    So this means as it gets warmer there are less bad storms? That is the opposite of what we are supposed to be afraid of in global warming.

    Of course, 1974 is skewed by one horrific outbreak.

    We certainly do not want CO2 levels reduced to 1974 levels!
