  1. Oh, that’s right, earthquakes had never happened before.

  2. Luke of the D says:

And what exactly is that last paragraph supposed to mean? What does that have to do with anything? Anything at all? But seriously, I’m a geologist and I did study glacial rebound and there really is some legitamacy in earthquakes caused by glacial melting… however, we’re talking about “real” glaciers… like the ones that covered pretty much all of Canada and the north of The States in miles (miles!) of ice. When those melted the earth really did rebound and earthquakes are not only possible but likely. But when we see the little melting of todays glaciers, I hardly think its even possible to create an earthquake. The earths just too big and the glaciers are too small (not because of AGW but because of “real” climate change… i.e. that which happens naturally).

  3. Amino Acids in Meteorites says:

Scientists see a link between warming and earthquakes…..

I see a link between global warming and money.

  4. Hal says:

If someone has the balls to hint to a journalist that there could be a link between Warming and Earthquakes, then they should be willing to shout it from the mountaintops for all the World to hear.
