These geniuses don’t seem to realize that the only real progress that has been made in reducing CO2 emissions over the last 20 years has come from the collapse of socialist/communist systems and their replacement by capitalist systems. The greedy capitalists see no point in burning more fossil fuels than they need to, where as socialist bureaucrats couldn’t give a hoot.
