Conservatives Do Not Believe In Science

This must include Freeman Dyson.

This begins to explain why so many conservatives do not believe in global warming and science in general.

When you have an unshakable belief in your own little world β€” that cow farts are responsible for greenhouse gases and, by the way, the EPA should not be allowed to regulate them β€” you are not going to embrace the science that has proven human involvement beyond a doubt.

Pretty simple. And simple minded, eh?

      My favorite “moderate” quote……….

“Extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. And moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue.”—- Barry Goldwater

      But, these are good, too!

Moderation has been called a virtue to limit the ambition of great men, and to console undistinguished people for their want of fortune and their lack of merit. —– Benjamin Disraeli

Moderation in temper is always a virtue; but moderation in principle is always a vice. —— Thomas Paine
