But we were told that declining NH snow cover was a sign of global warming. We have also been told that more NH snow is a result of global warming. Which is it???

    • Mike Davis says:

You left out average weather conditions are also a sign of AGW. The answer to your question is all the above and non of the above! All those conditions exist in the hallucinations, nightmares of the Chicken Little Brigade but in reality are a sure sign of normal weather changes. Weather is a high of 87F yesterday at my place and a blizzard a few hundred miles north.

  2. Amino Acids in Meteorites says:

Less snow is what we can expect from global warming.
More snow is what we can expect from global warming.

  3. Andy Weiss says:

Didn’t you hear? They have changed the rules in the middle of the game. Now record snowfall is consistent with a warming plantet. As Mike says, average snowfall is consistent with a warming planet, as is subnormal snowfall.

Since we already had all three of these scenarios prior to AGW, then what is the significance of AGW? Absolute 0!

On the contrary, we need those tax dollars to line our fatcat wall….. errrrr save the world from extrem, mild or fair weather.

  4. Traitor in Chief says:

….”As the earth warms, it will become unbearably hot, unless it gets cold, or stays the same, except when we say so….”

    I think that’s got it covered…

  5. gofer says:

Now it’s just more EXTREME of everything and more frequent, which can be widely interpreted.

  6. Bowen says:

    Nice chart . . . . easy to use . . .
