Extra CO2 may not have caused sea level rise, but there seems to be a correlation with waistband rise.

Bingo! More CO2 means more machinery working and less people doing the actual work. As we can tell by the bottom picture, those people don’t do manual labor.
And now…CO2 is helping breed evil aliens.
