It had pretty bad gas that day, & you have to admit that the smell of kine flatus probably caused Rick Perry to kick a glacier which caused an ice-berg to launch directly a the Titanic.
Rick Perry probably could have carried the boat to safety, but he thought saving Leo DiCaprio was too great of a risk to humanity. He’s a humanitarian first.
