1900 is a good baseline year because you don’t have all those contrails from airplanes to muck up the charts and data, and contribute to the uncertainty. The whole uncertainty thing itself is nothing more than a scheme by the deniers to undermine the hard work of the alarmist community by examining their work looking for errors.
