Lake Level Rise Much Faster Than IPCC Predicted

Lake Powell will hit 3660 feet elevation this weekend. It has been rising at a rate of 60,000 mm/year.

    Careful Steven, I believe Hansen had several ‘scenarios’ regarding the rise/fall of Lake Powell’s waters. Why don’t we ask Mr Duncan?

    Indeed. Surely Lake Powell will overtop its spillway and the excess runoff will flood all the way to Lake Mead.

    And after that, Lake Mead will overtop and then it’s on to Lake Havasu.

    And then, if California doesn’t suck it all off to the All American Canal, it’s down to the Gulf of California, the Pacific, and THE WORLD.

    We’re doomed, I tell ya. DOOMED! [any day now]
