Reader “rw” wrote in before complaining that I was focused on one “unusual” year of water gain at Lake Powell.
Lake Powell has steadily gained 80 feet of water over the last seven years, and is now 528 feet deep and within 40 feet of full. Another massive climate model fail.
Last month, the White House warned that the Colorado River was drying up.
The White House has also said we are in a recovery.
I think they meant Wreckovery!
I assume with another winter like last year, Powell may be completely full 12 months from now right?
It must have been a dry wet.
