That aint nothing compared to the temperature decline expected there between now and February! I would be willing to bet their piddly 9 degrees will not hold a candle to the temperature rise between Feb 16 2012 and August 16 2012! If that 9 degree temperature rise was confined to the winter there most residents would welcome it.

Past performance is no guarantee of future results. They have been wrong about everything so far, so someday they might be right. But it is highly doubtful.

“Wenger said the most dire climate models show temperatures in Idaho rising an average of 9 degrees in 70 years.”

    Wow, that’s a lot. Something like 5 degrees C (if that 9 is F).

Let’s see, total global average temperature increase in 150-ish years coming out of the Little Ice Age is less than a degree C (and some of that is UHI).

That makes Idaho pretty much the hottest place in AGW fantasyland.

Either that or Wenger (whoever that is) is an idiot and the models are FUBAR.

I’m going with idiots and FUBAR.

  4. Colin Henderson says:

In the fantasy world of CAGW/Climate Change/Bad Weather (weather you don’t like) computer generated “data” trumps scientific measurement.

That chart explains my lousy garden yields. I thought it was something I did. I’ll warn the neighbors about the trend lines. The cutthroat trout have been in trouble before their was a climate model.
