Can Julia Fix Darwin?

According to Phil Jones, temperatures in Darwin’s grid cell (-12.5,132.5) have been falling since the 1880s, which was also the hottest decade.

Can Julia’s global warming tax stop this alarming trend?

    If she can’t, she should contact Obama. He stopped the seas from rising, and caused global cooling, plus he is the undisputed king of taxation.

    The recent Surpreme Court decision, which allows Obama to raise taxes at will, has already healed the planet.
