    Add to such the idea of ‘tolerance for all’ ……. except for those who question your own assertions, whereupon you suggest they should be blown up or tattooed as heretics.

    But do the Priuses with the ‘save the world by reducing your carbon footprint’ have to be regularly passing me on the freeway doing 20 over the speed limit?

    Choice does not necessarily mean that you have to kill your children, it just means you have a right to kill your children.
