The data is the GHCN HCN daily data located here. I actually don’t own that data.
Maybe you don’t own it, but you could provide links to it. Or at least some supporting information to help prove you didn’t just make up these charts. Because, really, who knows? (Though I realize you have a lot of extra time at your super-demanding defense job).

Boulder and Ft. Collins would probably be the only stations that might show UHI. All the other are pretty rural locations.
Fort Collins has a really bad case of UHI
Sounds like Appell has some sort of heartburn over your employment. Hope all is going well for you in that regard. There should be good opportunity in the years ahead with my employer, and they have facilities all over the nation. Fairly wide variety of Engineering roles, commercial and DOD.
