Putnam vows to withhold pistol permits information

“The asinine editors at the Journal News have gone out of their way to place a virtual scarlet letter on law abiding firearm owners throughout the region and I thank God that Putnam County has a clerk with the guts to stand up and draw the line here in Putnam County. This is clearly a violation of privacy, and needs to be corrected immediately. The same elitist eggheads who use their editorial page to coddle terrorists and criminals are now treating law-abiding citizens like level-three sexual predators. Every person with common sense should be offended …”

Nice to see some principled people standing up to the left wing scumbags who are taking over the US.

Sounds like a class action lawsuit against The Journal is just a matter of time.

The lefties are always hypocrits . I’m glad to see them flying their true colors though , because they are throwing down the guantlet that will fire up the average joe to oppose them .

    • johnmcguire says:

I neglected to mention a thank you to the public official in Putnam County for standing up for righteousness .

        To John McGuire …

Here is what I could find …

New York State Senator Greg Ball (R) Patterson
        District Office: 1441 Route 22 Suite 205, Brewster, NY 10509 Phone: (845) 279-3773 Fax: (845) 279-7156
Albany Office: 817 Legislative Office Building Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY 12247 Phone: (518) 455-3111 Fax: (518) 426-6977

Putnam County Executive Mary Ellen Odell

        Putnam County Clerk Dennis Sant

P.S. … This man (Senator) Greg Ball deserves props just for having the cogliones to say this: “Before I waver, the egghead editors at the Journal News can kiss my white, Irish behind.”. Dear God, let this man replace either of those two assholes we now have in the U.S. Senate. Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about.

James Taranto reports in his “Best of the Web Today” column that the Journal News has hired armed guards for one of its locations. (http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887323374504578217580521923980.html?mod=WSJ_Opinion_MIDDLETopOpinion) No word on whether JN will be publishing the home addresses of the guards.

  4. philjourdan says:

Just do what the blogger did – publish the employees address. Since they are against gun ownership, every perp in the area will know the safe houses to rob.

When it comes right down to it, the houses they are highlighting are not the ones in danger. The non-highlighted ones become the targets now.

  5. Richard T. Fowler says:

It’s all right; the Journal News has its reward. As do all those who are cheering it on.

BTW, the subliminal pattern here, for any who haven’t yet caught on, is to whip people up into a frenzy of thinking that peaceful gun owners are actually solely responsible for the children’s murders … and then quickly pivot that fury over to “climate deniers”, by conflating the two groups in people’s minds. This is clearly their play right now.

I suspect that the pivot will come “fast and furious”, when it comes. We may soon see hordes of deranged persons and/or bots calling for public executions of “climate deniers” on the sole grounds that they believe we are entirely and solely responsible for Adam Lanza having access to firearms.

Shadows of the Russian (and French) revolutions.
