Martial Law Comes To America

Paragould, an Arkansas town of around 26,000 residents, the mayor and police chief announced that starting this month police in SWAT gear carrying AR-15s would patrol the streets.

“If you’re out walking, we’re going to stop you, ask why you’re out walking, and check for your ID,” police chief Todd Stovall told a December town hall meeting. As if to render the implementation of a visible police state more palatable, Stovall assured residents that police stops would not be based on any profiling: “We’re going to do it to everybody,” he said.

Hmm. I would have a hard time not responding, “Why don’t you shoot me dead, you sleazy little dirtbag?”

Excuse the “F” out of me, but wasn’t this what the fricken leftist turds kept complaining about with the Arizona immigration law? So, it is ok to force all law abiding citizens to have to show ID and explain their actions, but it is NOT ok to do the same for illegal aliens?

Give me on big ass fricken break here… This has got to the ultimate definition of hypocrite! Absofrickenlutely ridiculous!

Sorry for my fowl mouth, but on this I refuse to be any sort of PC … this is utter bullshit!

How times have changed. In 1980 I was on tour and we had some bookings in Arkansas (I was a musician back then…). What a mellow cool state! When we checked into our hotel, we were at the front desk arranging to pick up our keys after checking in – remember the old-days with shared keys – and the hotel clerk noted, “you all must be from California – out here we don’t lock the doors…”

What has happened to this country?

Holy crap. I guess now we know why the gummint has been buying up all the guns and ammo.

    This is where it begins.

    The ACLU to the rescue:

“Civil rights groups like the American Civil Liberties Union suggest that “reasonable suspicion” should be the rule, at a minimum, despite that being a lower standard than required by the Fourth Amendment.”

“The President George W. Bush administration first announced the suspicionless, electronics search rules in 2008.”

It’s the Republican Drug War in action, merely, now adding searches to their long record of civil forfeiture for profit in which non-violent victims are not even charged with a crime and with emptied out bank accounts can’t even afford a lawyer to even attempt a defense against the seizure against threats that they will be criminally charged if they do. Drug users are our version of evil Jews in recent German history, with “the drug problem” being used as self-evidently awful exactly as “the Jewish problem” was regularly discussed in newspapers for decades. By disarming pilots and teachers you suddenly have violent mass murder as a crisis too. Just because the Left is Marxist revolutionary doesn’t mean the Right smells of roses instead of blood. It was Reagan who gunned down Berkely students in a proclaimed “bloodbath” using 00 buckshot, hitting 140 people. Such psychotic attacks by Reagan and Nixon are exactly what made millions of students to this day turn to Left wing terrorists and saboteurs for guidance, especially when the Watergate thugs threw Harvard’s Tim Leary in jail but since he himself had written the psychological test used to determine escape potential, his minimum security jailhouse condition allowed the Weather Underground and Black Panthers to “rescue” him.The hippie Hilary Clinton wrote her thesis on Saul Alinsky the very year LSD was banned, quite akin to the early church ban on telescopes. The church was even worse threatened by spirituality-in-a-pill, and still is, though Brazil is an example, the sixth biggest economy, of visionary drugs being celebrated as being a part of two large church denominations.

Umm, you may want to double check your history source. Reagan called in the National Guard because of the riots. The police shot the students. And the 140 shot number? Well, I think you probably slightly exaggerated that by oh, 130 or thereabouts.

Many or most of those “students” at UCB were Left wing terrorists in 1969 and are now probably running the university today. Unfortunately rioters also lure individuals that have no idea why they are there; kids are that way. My parents always warned me to stay away from trouble makers, especially if they were doing something illegal like taking LSD and stuff. I’d say like many in my generation, kids were spoiled brats that went to UCB and their parents didn’t beat their ass enough at a young age. I’m thankful my Dad did to me.

David Horowitz said his parents were Communists and organized such protests during that era. Is he lying? Yeah, that Timothy Leary guy, he was a great influence on the youth of America wasn’t he? Today many are Democrat Senators and Congressman wanting to disarm us law abiding citizens that never gave a thought of rioting, bombing a federal building or even skip on a parking ticket.

Leftists think rioting and violence is their birthright. Nothing has changed. Today they are called Occupy Wall Street, ALF/ELF, James Hansen groupies and hosts of others. Somehow I don’t think Reagan’s actions in 1969 had much influence on their justification for defecating on streets, rape, theft, spiking trees, destruction of private property etc., but hey, some think Oliver Stone movies are based on factual events.

You say some pretty stupid things, with all due respect.

Was Clinton responsible for Waco? How about domestic spying? Oh you forget about Echelon?

Which massacre did Nixon direct at a “protest” that turned millions of innocent drugged out students into violent criminals?

      Peace baby.

    • OMG. I think he’s serious!!!

Martial Law is not Coming To America. Since the introduction of the Patriot Act the US ‘ IS ‘ in Martial Law.
