Coming Up On The 100th Anniversary Of The Hottest Temperature Ever Recorded

On July 10, 1913 the temperature was 134 degrees in California, but by July 14 it had cooled down to a more pleasant 127 degrees.

According to scientists on crack crack scientists at NASA, 1913 was one of the coldest years in Earth’s history.

  1. Andy DC says:

The urban heat island effect has shrunk greatly over the years, thus we have to adjust current temperatures way up relative to the past. There was much more jet exhaust and air conditioning exhaust in 1913, along with much more asphalt and concrete. Any idiot can see that!

  2. gator69 says:

I just love that it was recorded at ‘Greenland’ Ranch! Oh the ironing…

    • PatN says:

I think you probably meant ‘irony,’ but obviously your understanding of English is right down there at the bottom along with your understanding of climate science.

      • gator69 says:

I was a climatology student 30 years ago, welcome to the party.

It is said that a sense of humor is a sign of higher intelligence. I am sorry for you.

      • PatN says:

didn’t learn very much, did you.

      • Drewski says:

Oh, Gator is a hoot — amongst many other gaffs, he thinks there are more trees in the U.S. now than at the time of the revolution (of course, he never stopped to consider that the US is much bigger now).

      • gator69 says:

        Still not clever, are you?

      • gator69 says:

Drewski, aka the ‘Cool Whip Cowboy’, who thinks he can disprove natural variability.

        Talk about delusional. 😆

      • gator69 says:

“Oh, Gator is a hoot — amongst many other gaffs, he thinks there are more trees in the U.S. now than at the time of the revolution (of course, he never stopped to consider that the US is much bigger now).”

Once again Drewski is devoid of facts. I never said any of this. My quote was from Bjorn Lomborg’s book, so the Cool Whip Cowboy can argue with him.

      • Me says:

        😆

      • gofer says:

No, I knew exactly what he meant. It was a clever twist and you really need to relax a bit. Perhaps he should have put a (sic) after it for the uneducated and the humorless.

      • Me says:

Yeah, 😆 and what gator69 said! Oh the ironing… LMAO!

      • TeaPartyGeezer says:

And your understanding of ‘irony’ is right down there at the bottom along with your understanding of climate reality. Twit.

    • mikegeo says:

Jeez you guys – get a life! ” Oh the ironing”, is a double irony phrase used commonly. Bart Simpson uses it frequently – look it up and get over it. No wonder the alarmists are so dull.

  3. Robert of Ottawa says:

According to scientists on crack crack scientists

    Love it, just brilliant 🙂

  4. ralphcramdo says:

Don’t ya’ll just love having a random alarmist to bounce around sometimes? 🙂

    • gofer says:

Hey we have to change all our light bulbs out to save electricity while we buy our new electric car………….talk about dim bulbs.

  5. WTF’s wrong with you people?
