CAIRO (AP) — U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Sunday rewarded Egypt for President Mohammed Morsi’s pledges of political and economic reforms by releasing $250 million in American aid to support the country’s “future as a democracy.”
He pulled a warship away from Iran to save money, and then gave the money to another Islamist dictatorship.

He couldn’t send the boat because we could not afford the biodiesel fuel to send it; it costs 5 times as much as diesel, and is almost as good a fuel, if it isn’t too gummy.
By the way, we should send the boat depicted in my avatar; it would scare the Iranians who might think we sicced Dr. Seuss on them. BTW, it looks like it could run on moon rays, no fuel required.
