I am certain, that with a bit of a nudge, he can get any result he wants to! I did not think they would distort historic records as much as they have. But that is what happens when you use fluid anomalies to represent your “What if” scenario, you hope people will believe represents real temperatures! If GISS is heavily weighting the Arctic in its global temperature estimate one would expect to see that impact on his Feb numbers. We’ll see.
