Even satellite data shows global SSTs flat for at least the last 10 years.
Apparently it’s wrong to pick flat periods, so apparently we need to hop into the Delorean and look at future temperatures to demonstrate that warming hasn’t stopped.

I remember reading endlessly statements on Real Climate that the very definition of global warming was based on global atmospheric temperature changes. Eco worriers weren’t interested in ocean heat content until relatively recently.

I always love how it is only now that air temperatures plateaued that they claim the heat is hiding in the oceans – they never proposed this before when air temperatures were rising.
Tricky stuff that global warming – it knows we’re gunnin’ for it so its taken to hiding beyond our reach.
