NOAA Long Range Forecasting Is Completely Useless

NOAA got their winter forecast exactly backwards.

This is what they predicted in October for the winter :

This is what happened – the inverse of the forecast.

No doubt they can tell us what the temperature will be in 100 years.

    Did you check the other 29 scenarios? One might have been close.
