How do you get a record low ~80 miles away from a record high?
It is not uncommon to get a record high right before a cold front arrives.

How do they get temperatures 10 F difference 10 miles from each other?
Hint: It is called regional Weather and “Micro Climates”!
That was in the Desert Southwest and that great of a swing in temperatures is common in the desert, Low Humidity.
Can you please show a link so that we can run our own reports, such as changing the number of days? (Not sure what variables they allow, if any. But uncertain of the site used.)

I would like to see record lows to highs for a 24 hour period. That would suggest how rapidly things could change in a given region.
