Declining Spring Snow Cover Update

End of March Northern Hemisphere snow cover has been increasing since Hansen’s 1988 Congressional testimony, and four of the last five years have been above normal.

  2. 14/26 (slightly better than half) are below “normal”.

    6 out the past 10 below “normal”.

    With those metrics alone, they’ll claim victory.
