Understanding Gun Law In The US

If you are a high school student and you wear an NRA T-shirt, you go to jail.

If you are a six year old girl and you own a plastic bubble gun, you get suspended from school and your parents get a visit from the police.

If you are a decorated war veteran and you carry a rifle down a country road with your son, you go to jail.

If you are a stupid policeman chasing an evil policeman, and you fire 30 times at a truck which has nothing to do with the situation, striking a 71 year old woman twice in the back – you suffer no consequences and money confiscated from taxpayers is used to bail you out.

  1. I. Lou Minotti says:

Steve, you either have reached or are rapidly approaching my level of anger. You’re right, and deservedly so. 99.9% of the local cops are good men, and motivated solely by their Constitutional oath and beliefs. They are the true “thin blue line.” It’s the politicized ones (that are usually invited into the 33rd degree upper echelon of the Quantico Lodge), and the younger ones they’ve led astray by fear of the loss of a paycheck, that are following orders to do their damnest to keep Americans living in fear.

We need to stand behind the good ones, encourage and support them, and expose the .01% for what they are.

If you bomb police stations you get tenure at a major university.

If your publicist lies about your birthplace, and democrats forge signatures, you become POTUS.

But it’s fine for the school he was arrested at to have a statue of a solder holding a rifle in it’s left hand and a grenade in the other in front of the school.

  4. Laurence Clark Crossen says:

74% of police officers fired are kept from being fired by the unions.
