Polar Meltdown Accelerates

Springtime temperatures on the Greenland ice sheet were -53C last night, and autumn temperatures were slightly cooler on the Antarctic ice sheet.

The press is all over this story, of course, like they were last summer when the Greenland ice sheet rose slightly above 0C for a couple of hours.
