Global Warming Causes More Rain, Except When It Causes Less Rain

Climate experts say that global warming causes more rain, unless there is a drought happening – in which case they say it causes less rain.

This is easy to understand. Alaska is the second wettest state, because it is so hot. Arizona is the driest state, because it is so cold.

You are now ready to be a government climate scientist.

Steve, are you going to The Colorado Climate Festival – Uniting Against Climate Change on 11 May? On the plus side it is sponsored by, fossil fuel powered, local breweries – Colorado microbrews from Breckenridge and Boulder Breweries.
http://www.coclimatefest.org/ only look if you feel secure as someone has flagged it as an insecure site.

    Shocking News from Australia:

Wild Uncontrolled Climate Change killed off the Australian Megafauna … some 350,000 years ago. Had the original Australian Aborigines brought in a Carbon Tax back then, they could have saved all those giant Kangaroos, Wombats and Marsupial Lions from extinction. Professor Stephen Wroe also suggests that Climate Commissioner Tim Flannery is delusional.

    Alarmism? What alarmism?

    Sophisticated models are not necessary:
For any incremental warming of the earth, twice as much of the resulting increase in evaporation takes place from the ocean rather than the land. Therefore, over land there is twice as much increase in precipitation as increase in evaporation. How can it be claimed that warmer climate is not wetter? Any drier conditions would be the exception to the rule.

CO2 is a “trace gas” in air, insignificant by definition. It absorbs 1/7th as much IR, heat energy, from sunlight as water vapor which has 80 times as many molecules capturing 560 times as much heat making 99.8% of all “global warming.” CO2 does only 0.2% of it. For this we should destroy our economy?

Carbon combustion generates 80% of our energy. Control and taxing of carbon would give the elected ruling class more power and money than anything since the Magna Carta of 1215 AD.

Actually Alaska is the 37th wettest state. Arizona is the 3rd driest. False info makes for funny headlines, but who cares?
