Proposed Rower Press Release

Here is what I propose :

We never saw any ice, but climate change made it too windy to proceed through the entirety of the Northwest Passage.

The team was forced to turn back after rowing more than fifty million millimetres.

And the Arctic ocean was way to hot for us to bathe and the overheated migratory birds and animals were extremely difficult to watch as they struggled through the heat wave, not to mention all those wayward poodles kept chasing the bears into the heavily acidified water where their furry white coats turned to a dark gray.
The sprouting apple, orange and pecan trees started giving us nightmares and then the alligators began to arrive, along with all of the parakeets. It was horrible, we tell ya!

Some of the comments at a page over yonder are hilarious:

It looks like they missed the memo. A Frenchman and a malamute rowed the NWP a few years ago.

Some great raised beaches on Beechey Island – see picture entitled ‘The crew of the CCGS Terry Fox visiting Beechey Island.’

I wonder when sea level was that high?

  4. Sundance says:

Maybe next year Jim and Reggie can take a shot at surfing to the North Pole. 🙂

Please keep the progress map[s] coming.
This is shaping up to be one HUGE embarrassment for the Warmists.
Thanks Steve. I luv your site. On here all day; every day.

  8. Jimbo says:

The ice was too thin and floppy?
    We got heatstroke?
    Tropical jellyfish attack?

    • Traitor In Chief says:

I think you’re on to something…. they need a warm weather injury or two,,,but what?

They shoulda thought of this, and brought along a small snake.
