I knew there was a reason I always enjoy reading articles by Thomas Sowell. The conclusion to his latest article http://www.lewrockwell.com/2014/01/thomas-sowell/educated-and-ignorant/ describes the Liar-in-chief perfectly, as well as most of the global warming alarmists:

This is an exalting vision that few are ready to give up, or to risk on a roll of the dice, which is what submitting it to the test of factual evidence amounts to.
