      Absolute nonsense, the energy from a blast like that dissipates very quickly, it doesn’t hang about to cause either warming or cooling before and after the blast.

    In Earth’s history Ice is not the ‘normal’ on the Poles. So no Ice on the Poles would be a signal of an improving climate. Humans are not born with a polar outfit.
