Understanding Progressives

Progressives are very clear thinkers.

They endlessly derided Sarah Palin for predicting that Russia would invade Ukraine after Obama was elected. Then they awarded Obama the Nobel Peace Prize for what they predicted he would do.

Progressives live in an imaginary future, largely based on the amount of mind-altering drugs they have burned their brains out on.

It’s a vast right wing conspiracy, and Bush’s fault.

  2. Craig King says:

GW Bush, the best American president of the 21st century.

  3. Shazaam says:

The Progressives awarded the Liar-in-Chief the Nobel Peace Prize for what they imagined he would do.

The reality of the Liar-in-Chief’s actions have been just about the polar opposite of those fevered imaginings.

Just like the progressives greatly desire to dictate how everyone should live based upon what they imagine will happen based upon their computer-generated fantasy climate models.

The reality illustrated by the unaltered, raw temperature data illustrates the degree of fantasy contained in the computer-generated climate models. Climate reality matches the models like the Liar-in-Chief is the peace-making statesman who earned a Nobel Peace Prize.

  4. Jim Jensen says:

It seems to me that the people voted to become a part of Russia. The locals have freely voted to be a part of Russia and we should mind our own business and leave them alone. My guess is that their voting methods are more accurate than ours because people there probably only voted one time per person and dead people were not allowed to vote.

    • I married an ethnic Russian who grew up in a Baltic country. They are hated by the locals (for good reason) – and of of course the Russians want to be part of Russia.

    • Gamecock says:

Russia runs an election . . . and WINS !!!

Shocking. Sorry, Jim, I’m confident it was rigged. Polls in past weeks gave Russian under 50% support.

    • Chip Bennett says:

Vote fraud? What vote fraud? There was only a 123% voter turnout in Sevastopol.

Regardless: Ukraine is (was) a sovereign nation.

      • What could possibly go wrong? says:

Prawda Ukraine… was it “democratized” like the state broadcasting where the director was beaten into his resignation?

You wonder why people don’t want anything to do with these Swoboda guys and their proudly SS-Rune carrying footsoldiers?

Guys with correct german Hitler greeting in the new government!

Of course this is also the fault of Putin, right? And no reason to assume that the people who write and shout to kill all jews and russians would ever do anything like that when brought into power with 5 bn. of american taxpayer money.

  5. Ben Vorlich says:

If an independent Scotland tries to reclaim Berwick-on-Tweed I bet Obama will be able to do something about it. A nation of 5 million should be easy meat even for him.

  6. Gamecock says:

“largely based on the amount of mind-altering drugs”

    Mind-altering stupid . . . if you ask me.

  7. Kent Clizbe says:

While they surely earn your contempt, and the contempt of all right-thinking Americans, please do not under-estimate our opponents.

While some of the hangers-on and fringe elements do include drug-addled burn-outs, the Politically Correct Progressives are very clear, very focused, and have winning strategy and tactics.

Once we understand them, and take them seriously, we can defeat them. Until then, they have the upper hand.

Details on the origin of their belief system, and exactly what their belief system entirals:

  8. Anything is possible says:

“largely based on the amount of mind-altering drugs”

    Mind-altering, “carbon-polluting” drugs presumably.

    ****ing hypocrites…

  9. Pathway says:

Using the Jensen logic, I think the Mexican nationals living in LA should vote to succeed to Mexico.

  10. James the Elder says:

That’s “Secede”, and they will. They are, or nearly so, now the largest demographic in CA. Look for CA to break apart.
