Understanding Global Warming, In Three Easy Steps

  1. Government believes they can control people by controlling the amount of available energy
  2. Government believes that they control the amount of available energy, by cutting off low cost, abundant fossil fuels
  3. Government pays huge amounts of money to people posing as scientists, to try to scare other people into relinquishing their access to cheap, available energy

  1. Brian G Valentine says:

It must be a real thrill to be some “scientist” and come up with a preposterous story like Arctic Ice Melt/Polar Vortex to make a field goal that temporarily saves the image of the Political Party that defines itself by religious adherence to junk science.

I don’t have the imagination to invent the Polar Vortex concept, but even if I did, I would be too embarrassed to attempt to insult somebody’s intelligence with it. It really shows nothing more than contempt for people.

Impressive .Just by adding some extra CO2 in the atmosphere in the year 2100 we are back where we were 15 millions of years ago.

You could also label that understanding government in 3 easy steps.

  4. tom0mason says:

Quite correct Steve, it is governance by with holding the necessary → blackmail of the electorate by the elite.

  5. Billyjack says:

Remember Theorem 1 by Rahm Emmanuel-“Never let a crisis go to waste”. Corollary A is “Create a crisis to gain more power”. The shut down of Yucca Mountain, destroying hydroelectric facilities, supreme court ruling CO2 as a poisonous gas shutting down coal electric plants, specious arguments about hydraulic fracturing, Keystone pipeline, refusing to lease federal lands for drilling are all designed to create an energy crisis and a photo op of frozen grandmas. The senatorial show trials will follow with government always prepared to deny responsibility to reach a preordained solution, to have government take over the energy infrastructure.
