  1. “Ok, Barry!”

“Yeah, coach, I’ll go get you some more water.”

“No, Barry, everybody else is either fouled out or hurt. I need you so I have 5 guys out there. If the ball comes to you, pass it to one of the guys in the blue jerseys, ok? Blue. Don’t shoot, don’t dribble, don’t even move your feet, just pass it to one of your team-mates, ok?”

“Uh, but what if someone passes me the ball?”

“Just do that spastic thing, but make sure you point the ball at a guy in a blue jersey. Blue, Barry. See? Look at Chuck’s jersey. No, his shirt. Blue. See? Same color as your jersey. Your shirt, Barry. Blue, not yellow. And the rest of you keep the damned ball away from Barry, God help us.”

The really scary part is Barry actually believes he is a genius and we are all dumb as bricks.

Let’s see, President Obama, Vice President Biden. Think about the company Barrack Obama keeps. He might be the sharpest tool in his own shed!

Now here is a recent photo of my guys at work (and play) over Germany:

So, the US Army has a pr0n MOS now? Lord, take me now.

Actually I never had a desire to go to a HALO team. Every one of them I was familiar with spent too much time sky diving for my taste. That is just an infiltration method. A way to get there. Of course you gotta get where you need to be to accomplish your mission but the real meat IS the mission after all and that is where the bulk of training time needs to be spent.
