    The idea is to drown the average person in an incomprehendable sea of BS, so that only the “experts” like David Appell can know for sure what’s best for us little children. Namely a huge carbon tax they can sink their greedy teeth into.

    1934, 1936. That’s a goodly bit prior to their “consensus” view of the birth of any potentially measurable anthropogenic footprint on global warming – 1950ish.
