What speaks volumes is this article from George Monbiot of the UK Guardian (a small paper run by eco-fascists). http://www.monbiot.com/2015/05/05/code-of-silence/
In the article he lists all his concerns that are not being covered by the UK election. I scanned it to find out what he said about global warming. But when I could not find anything I had to use the search function of my browser and so I found the mention:
“The national and global collapse of biodiversity, the horrifying rate of soil loss, the conflict between aspirations to minimise climate change and maximise the production of fossil fuels: none of these are put before voters as issues of significant difference.”
So, not only is climate change just “another issue” for Monbiot, but he explicitly says its a conflict and I read it as an admission that it’s a conflict the eco-fascists are not winning.
Does Monbiot secretly think that all that money stolen from those in fuel-poverty and going to the rich people in their estates to put up bird/bat-mincers might be better spent?
