After hiding reality from the public, almost every new observation can be described as ‘gob-smacking.’
E.g., Rapid neutron capture in supernovae produce excess Xe-136 and the actinide elements (Th, U, Pu). Actinide elements are all radioactive and generate heat and volcanic activity in planets.
1. Excess xenon-136 observed in meteorites in 1972 was ‘gob-smacking’ because we did not yet know meteorites formed directly out of fresh solar supernova debris.
2. Excess xenon-136 observed by the Galileo probe of Jupiter in 1995 was also ‘gob-smacking.’ and was hidden from the public until 1998 because NASA had paid scientists to obscure additional evidence that the solar system form directly out of fresh solar supernova debris in 1975. Excess heat in Jupiter was probably from high levels of actinide elements, made by the same nuclear reactions that produced excess xenon-136.
3. The recent flyby Pluto made ‘gob-smacking’ observations of volcanic activity on Pluto, almost certainlyi from high levels of actinide elements generated in the outer layers of solar supernova that formed the solar system.

Excess xenon-136 in primitive meteorites is located in microscopic diamonds that the National Academy of Sciences has insisted were interstellar in order to hide the fact our elements were made in the Sun.

The glacier has definitely grow. but not as much as estimated.
