Antarctic Sea Ice Area Drops Below Normal For The First Time In Four Years

Last week, climate criminals were blaming the increase in Antarctic sea ice on global warming. Gaia immediately responded to their shameless, cynical fraud by dropping sea ice area below normal for the first time in four years.

Arctic and Antarctic ice anomalies move opposite each other. Now that the Arctic is gaining sea ice, Antarctica is starting to lose sea ice.

Thank goodness the goal posts will be moved!!! /sarc….

  2. Andy DC says:

Every idiot knows that climate change is causing Arctic sea ice to decrease and Antarctic sea ice to increase. Or is it the other way around? Whatever, 97% of leading climate scientists say it is all due to Mann-made global warming and greedy white male capitalist pigs like the Koch brothers who don’t care about our grandchildren!

Reblogged this on the WeatherAction News Blog and commented:
Something I’ve notice myself by simply observing the ebb and flow of ice the past few years. The UK Met Office said when I enquired “You mention antiphased oscillations in your enquiry, though this process operates on a longer millenial timescale and so is not considered responsible for the current observed trends [in Antarctic sea ice]” Which makes the NOAA chart all the more intriguing.

The Arctic meme is dead, they’ll move it to the Antarctic now, with their assurances that they know what the hell they’re talking about.

    • Artic ice is increasing because of the wind. No it’s all the fresh water from Greenland melting. No it’s the ozone. No, it’s thermohaline stratification. No, it’s the increase in rain. No, it’s….

When they start moving together, get out your summer parkas and snowshoes.

  6. Jason Calley says:

But, but, but… Didn’t Hanson post-dict that CAGW would cause increasing Antarctic sea ice? Now he will have to make a post-post-diction.

  7. Hey Steve, What is the source of figure 7.20? If I use it, some alarmist will ask what the source is. Thanks

    Up… down
    Up …down
    Up… down
    the NATURAL sea-saw continues. ! 🙂

And the really hilarious thing is that every time the “climate scientists™” say one thing…

    … it does the opposite ! 🙂 🙂 🙂

    • AndyG55 says:

I mean all those “EXCUSES” for increased Antarctic sea ice…

…… they just came CRASHING DOWN !!

So manically and hilariously FUNNY !!! 🙂

      • Olaf Koenders says:

Exactly. Now what;s a bet they’ll say “We umm.. our climate models™ predicted this reduction in Antarctic sea ice many years ago.” – such as the other failures on their part that they’re lying about now. They can’t even keep up with the planet, let alone their own lies.

        • AndyG55 says:

“They can’t even keep up with the planet, let alone their own lies.”

          Wrong way around..

They can’t even keep up with their own lies , let alone the planet . 🙂

        • AndyG55 says:

Oh I see.. you are saying their LIES are happening faster than the planet..

Ok.. I agree.. sorry for correction your wording.

  9. hummmm, it is Winter in Antarctica + it is brutally cold but it is losing ice mass at a precipitous rate; guess in Bizzaroland anything can happen; btw — current temp at Concordia Station is -85F with a realfeel temp of only -127F http://www.accuweather.com/en/aq/concordia-station/2273692/weather-forecast/2273692
