  1. They were fine if they were not stupid and didn’t provoke people.

  2. omanuel says:

The insanity of the one-world government that controls most of the globe today is beyond comprehension.

George Orwell warned us in the book he started writing in 1946 what we would have discovered if we had awakened in 1984. We continued living in the worldwide matrix of deceit until 2009, when Clinategate emails jolted some of us into realizing that our old form of government and government science had vanished while we lived in addictions.

I believe it’s a fair argument to say, if five responsible citizens at the Rock Concert had hand Guns ; the death toll would have been significantly less.

This is nothing just wait until they get Drones! The stupidity of the Europeans is beyond belief. The USA and South America must let not any Arabs at all ZERO emigrate here

  5. eliza says:

There will be an enormous RIGHT wing backlash all over Europe. Basically the left is FINITO in Europe also in the USA. This is almost sure to guarantee a win for the Tea party, TRUMP in 2016. All immigration from Syria ect will cease. UK will definitely leave The European Union

I have been offering similar opinions all night Eliza.
Pacifism is as bad a strategy now as it was in the 1930s.
The only real question is how stupid are the ones who support the liberal positions?
Are they so stupid that they will not change their mind until the gun is pointing at them, specifically?

    • Ted says:

“There will be an enormous RIGHT wing backlash all over Europe. Basically the left is FINITO in Europe also in the USA. This is almost sure to guarantee a win for the Tea party, TRUMP in 2016.”

No one forget, THIS is what the Benghazi cover up was all about. I don’t know what happened in Libya. But what happened here was that a sitting president lied to his country about the nature of the attack, because he thought, correctly, that a new round of terrorist attacks would hurt his chances in the impending election. Yes, Americans probably died there. But people die in similar attacks all the time. The real story was the outright theft of a presidential election.

      • Crashx says:

“The real story was the outright theft of a presidential election.”

It wasn’t just that the administration tailored a lie [it was a movie protest gone awry] to cover for their incompetence. The success of the theft required the majority of the media to accept the premise of the propaganda and repeat the lie without substantive challenge. It’s not “officially” a state owned media; but it functions as an arm for the leftist agenda and protector of their leftist champions.

      MORE BULL SH..T!
The 2nd Amendment was NEVER about crime it was about reining in a totalitarian government you idiot!

      Look at the countries that have disarmed their citizens: Turkey – 1911, Soviet Union – 1929, Germany – 1938, China – 1935, Guatemala – 1964, Uganda – 1970.

Now look at Switzerland, who issues a gun to every household, teaches them to shoot. Switzerland has lowest gun-related crime rate in the civilized world. Guns keep the real criminals away.

The 20th century total of citizens killed by their own government = 262,000,000 people “… tortured or beaten to death, hung, shot, and buried alive, burned or starved to death, stabbed or chopped into pieces, and murdered in all the other ways creative and imaginative human beings can devise, I have never been so happy to conclude a project. I have not found it easy to read time and time again about the horrors innocent people have been forced to suffer. What has kept me at this was the belief, as preliminary research seemed to suggest, that there was a positive solution to all this killing and a clear course of political action and policy to end it. And the results verify this. The problem is Power. The solution is democracy. The course of action is to foster freedom.” – Dr R.J. Rummel

And people want to know why we want to keep our guns!

if all these people, killed by their own government were laid head to toe, with the average height being 5 feet, then they would circle the earth ten times.

You are free to not exercise your God given right of protection of self, family, and fellow citizens. Just leave my ability and the personal firearms I would use to do so ALONE! • Gail Combs says:

Also you FORGOT WHERE the mass shootings in the USA are — GUNFREE ZONES

You Forgot the number killed by muslims: 3,106 killed by Muslims in America in 75 terror attacks.

And you forgot WHY people often go crazy and kill. Mind Altering drugs given by the truck load to American children with threatsof ‘Child abuse charges’ to the parents if they disagree.

And last you forgot the major increase in crime and incarceration rates coincides with the closing of Mental Hospitals, tossing inmates onto the streets and the LEFTEST PC laws prohibiting hospitalization of the mentally ill.

      • Martin Smith says:

I didn’t forget anything, Gail. I stated a fact. For Europe, adding more guns is obviously not a solution, because the US has more guns, but the US also has more mass shootings.

        • Jason Calley says:

Let us hypothetically suppose that half of all crimes are committed by people wearing black shoes. If black shoes were outlawed, would we have less black-shoe-crime? If we had less black-shoe-crime, would the overall crime statistics be lower as well?

    • pmc47025 says:

OK Martin (aka Knobtuse), the terrorists certainly did not have gun licenses. The guns used are not citizen legal in France. If something like the Paris attacks happened in Texas (let’s hope it doesn’t!), I doubt the terrorists would have time to reload.

      • Martin Smith says:

But the gun death rate in Texas is 10.6/100K; The gun death rate in France is 3/100K. Quite a difference.

        • pmc47025 says:

Please read the responses by Gail and Gator, I couldn’t agree more. I’m surprised to hear from you on a Saturday, time and a half?

        • gator69 says:

Gee, I Wonder if the war on drugs and the Mexican border have anything to do with that?

Nice cherry Marty! You may want to recheck those figures agfter last night.

        • Martin Smith says:

pmc, you can’t address the problem by claiming it’s not your problem. The gun death rate in Texas is 10.6/100K; The gun death rate in France is 3/100K. Quite a difference. France has all the attributes that Gail and gator are claiming should make it a bloodbath. But France is not a bloodbath.

        • gator69 says:

Apparently you have not watched the news in the last 12 hours, if ever.

        • pmc47025 says:

I don’t recall saying “it’s not my problem” and I certainly did not mean to give that impression. Switzerland gun ownership rate is 2.9/100K, with a 31% ownership rate. It’s not the guns, it’s the culture, and, I intend to protect myself from the dark side of our culture. You mention taking a gun test before allowing ownership. I had to take a motorcycle proficiency test before getting the MC stamp on my license. If my government were not corrupt, I wouldn’t mind a required safety class before gun license issue. I don’t want my government to control the requirements, one step closer to making guns completely illegal.

        • pmc47025 says:

Whoops, that’s Switzerland gun death rate is 2.9/100K, with a 31% gun ownership rate.

        • Jason Calley says:

The gun death rate has nothing to do with it; that includes suicides. Even the gun murder rate has nothing to do with it. Criminals without guns can used knives or clubs or fists — or they can just get a gun illegally. The important thing to compare is overall murder rates or violent crime rates.

Here is an easier digested explanation:

      • Martin Smith says:

Again, the fact that you think last night’s slaughter will significantly change the numbers in a nation of 66 million people shows an astonishing ignorance of statistics.

        • gator69 says:

Did I say the numbers would be altered significantly? Define siginificantly first you little surrender monkey. Your strawman is not accepted, nor is your cherry picked data that ignores demopgraphics and border issues as well as a deasdly war on drugs.

Again, my county has more guns than people, and it is perfectly safe.

        • Martin Smith says:

France’s gun death rate is less than 1/3 of the US gun death rate. Yes, you implied that the slaughter in France would significantly change the gun death rate in France.

        • gator69 says:

Once again Marty, you are saying things I did not say, and you are equating guns with murder rates. My county proves you wrong, it is demographics.

        • Martin Smith says:

What’s your solution, gator? I think that a big part of the solution is to have the same requirements for owning and using a gun that we have for owning and using a car. Of course, we would have to enforce them the sae ways as well.

        • gator69 says:

My solution is more guns, like in my county.

And as for the government deciding who can and who cannot own a gun?😆 No worries about being targeted by a government agency like the IRs and conservative 501c groups.

Next you will want free speech licensing.

        • Martin Smith says:

No, I’m not asking about your solution for France. They neither need nor want your juvenile opinions. I’m asking what is your solution for the US gun death rate problem? You have answered. You just don’t care.

        • Martin Smith says:

Free speech is licensed, gator. Fraud, libel, and slander are disallowed by law.

        • gator69 says:

Please do share where I apply for a free speech license Marty!

        • Your local Sharia court.

    • gator69 says:

      Moron alert!

If you remove the urban hell holes, America is the safest country on Earth. The county I live in has had only one murder in 15 years, and that was a mentally disturbed man who shot his father. And we are armed to the teeth. Nearly every one of my neighbors shoots recreationally and for sport year round, everything from .22’s to fully automatic military grade weapons. We also sleep with our windows open and have no concerns about violent thugs setting foot on our properties.

There is a war going on in America between gangs of young men who bear an uncanny resemblance to their counterparts in Sierra Leone or El Salvador. They live like them, they fight for control of the streets like them and they kill like them.

America’s horrific murder rate is a result of the transformation of major American cities into Sierra Leone, Somalia, Rwanda and El Salvador. Our murder rate now largely consists of criminals killing criminals.

As David Kennedy, the head of the Center for Crime Prevention and Control, put it, “The majority of homicide victims have extensive criminal histories. This is simply the way that the world of criminal homicide works. It’s a fact.”

America is, on a county by county basis, not a violent country, just as it, on a county by county basis, did not vote for Obama. It is being dragged down by broken cities full of broken families whose mayors would like to trash the Bill of Rights for the entire country in the vain hope that national gun control will save their cities, even though gun control is likely to be as much help to Chicago or New Orleans as the War on Drugs.

      http://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/171576/america-doesnt-have-gun-problem-it-has-gang-daniel-greenfield

The viloence is a result of rotten inner city cultures that have been created by leftists.

      • Martin Smith says:

You will have to eliminate a lot of cities, I guess. The gun death rate in Texas is 10.6/100K; The gun death rate in France is 3/100K. Quite a difference.

        • gator69 says:

I would like nothing more than to rid our country of the violent inner city democrat voting scum. And I Wonder if the war on drugs and the Mexican border have anything to do with the figures you cherry picked?

Nice cherry Marty! But you may want to recheck those figures after last night.

        • Martin Smith says:

The fact that you think last night’s slaughter will significantly change the numbers in a nation of 66 million people shows an astonishing ignorance of statistics.

        • gator69 says:

        • AndyG55 says:

And how many of those 10.6 were from licenced guns.?

        • Martin Smith says:

Can we have the same requirements for owning and using a gun that we have for owning and using a car?

        • AndyG55 says:

          Answer the question

And how many of those 10.6 were from licenced guns.?

        • Martin Smith says:

I have no idea. Now let’s see your answer, along with a link to the proof. And let’s hear your argument for why that number, whatever it is, is more important.

        • Robertv says:

Can we have the same requirements for owning and using a knife that we have for owning and using a car?

        • brian says:

“Can we have the same requirements for owning and using a knife that we have for owning and using a car?”

No kidding… Just how far do you go with this? Same process with a Knife, Ax, Chainsaw I guess.

      • Marsh says:

What I believe some have missed,,, is that many of the very Worst mass murders were
perpetrated with methods other than a Gun… Conversely, a good & decent person with a Gun, could have intervened & saved everybody.

    • rachase says:

NO, America does not have “more mass shootings” if you are comparing us with the rest of the world. Our frequency based on population (which common sense says must be the driving factor) puts a number of other nations ahead of us. And those countries that ban gun ownership are way ahead of us in murder, assault, rape, an robbery.

  8. Martin Smith says:

Adding more guns is not a solution. America has more guns; America has more mass shootings.

    • rah says:

I see! So when the driver of a motor vehicle loses control or willfully uses their vehicle as a weapon and kills and injures a number of people as happened just recently, you then believe that the problem is too many vehicles.

      • Martin Smith says:

rah, I said nothing about France having too many guns. I said adding more guns is clearly not a solution for France because (a) the US has a lot more guns than France, but the US has more mass shootings than France, and (b) the gun death rate in the US is about 10/100K, and the gun death rate in France is about 3/100K.

At least we require car drivers to take a written and driving test before they can drive, and we require them to have insurance. Can we have those same requirements for gun owners then? You agree we should, right?

        • rah says:

Your logic is still that more guns=more mass shootings and thus there should be no more guns added. Thus following your logic to it’s ultimate conclusion, the way to prevent mass murder is to reduce the numbers of any type inanimate object which is used as a weapon in such crimes. And, according to your logic, France OBVIOUSLY had too many guns by your owns standards as per the current events.

And BTW my sidearms are registered as per the law and some states do require a firearms course before one can legally buy.

The central point is that guns nor their number are NOT THE PROBLEM. People are the problem.

        • Martin Smith says:

No, rah, that’s not where you go if you follow my logic to it’s ultimate conclusion, and no, France doesn’t have too many guns. The gun death rate in the US is about 10/100K. The gun death rate in France is about 3/100K. I am for wiping ISIS off the face of the earth. The US, Russia, France, and the UK should surround the ISIS held territories militarily. Nothing goes in, nothing goes out. No-fly zone over the entirety. Let refugees out but keep them in the middle east.

In the US, can we have the same requirements for owning and using a gun that we have for owning and using a car?

        • rah says:

No you can’t on a Federal level because the Constitution does not allow for it. And for very good reasons which should be obvious.

        • Martin Smith says:

The Constitution doesn’t disallow it, rah, so that is not an answer.

        • Martin Smith says:

BTW, the Bill of Rights wasn’t in the original Constitution. It was added 2 years after the Constitution was adopted.

        • gator69 says:

So let’s trash the Bill of Rights! Great idea Marty!

        • Martin Smith says:

Don’t trash the Bill of Rights, gator. Shame, shame, shame. Let’s interpret it in light of the times, then and now, and in light of the meaning of the term “well regulated militia.” A well regulated militia would certainly require that every militia man/woman prove he/she has the required knowledge and training by taking a test, and would certainly require that all its guns be insured in case of misuse against the citizenry.

        • gator69 says:

          Whose interpretation Marty?

        • rah says:

The Bill of Rights are amendments to the Constitution and thus carry the full weight of any article in the base document. PERIOD!

What do you thing the reason for the Bill of Rights was Marty?

Why do you believe the phrase “THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE” was used in the 2nd amendment Marty?

And where in the 2nd amendment do you see the authorization for the Federal government to limit or regulate the procurement or possession of firearms based on any “test” it may deem desirable or necessary?

    • DD More says:

Marty – Just because you keep saying “America has more mass shootings” does not make it so.

Per capita data shows 6th place. Of course if we could keep those liberal, drug induced, leftist nuts off the streets, it would be a lot less still. Are you still allowed out of the house?

    I have no idea.

Even a troll occassionally speaks the truth.

    • Martin Smith says:

Why is the gun death rate with unlicensed guns significant? Does it reveal a problem with the gun control system in America? Can we please have the same requirements for owning and using a gun that we have for owning and using a car?

      • gator69 says:

No. Guin ownership is a right of citizenship just like freedom of speech, and a driver’s license is a privelege.

        • Martin Smith says:

Why no? Are you afraid that you couldn’t pass your test? Or are you admitting that gun insurance in the US would cost a lot because of all the gun deaths? Or maybe you just don’t care about all those deaths.

        • gator69 says:

I have no concerns over my firearms proficiency. What part of tyranny do you not get?

        • Martin Smith says:

How is requiring testing and insurance equated with tyranny? Requiring liability insurance isn’t tyranny.

        • gator69 says:

          IRS. 501c.

  11. Martin Smith says:

      All poisoning deaths

      • pmc47025 says:

        And:
        Number of deaths: 2,596,993
Death rate: 821.5 deaths per 100,000 population
        Life expectancy: 78.8 years
Infant Mortality rate: 5.96 deaths per 1,000 live births

Completely off topic, but I did not know the US infant mortality rate was that high.

        • rah says:

I suspect that figure doesn’t even include elective abortions.

        • gator69 says:

I once looked into infant mortality rates and discovered that the US is the only country on Earth that accurately reports on this. Some countries do not report infant deaths until after the child is over one year old.
