Violating Civil Rights

The Constitution guarantees the right to free speech, and Title 18 makes it serious felony to conspire to block the free exercise or enjoyment of those rights.

Bernie groups have openly conspired and bragged about shutting down Trump events, violating the rights of free speech and peaceable assembly by others. Why aren’t they in jail?

Yes, you are right. We now live under a tyrannical government that has little or no respect for civil rights of citizens.

    • omanuel says:

That is why we need Ted Cruz to beat Hillary Clinton and change the US NAS (National Academy of Sciences) back into an organization that works for the US government from being a front organization for Stalin’s “consensus” Science:

      https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10640850/STALINS_SCIENCE.pdf

If Ted appointed Donald Trump to represent the United States at the UN and changed that organization into a useful, humanitarian organization instead of a front organization for Stalin’s form of totalitarian USSR government.

      • V. Uil says:

It is imperative you vote for Trump even if you don’t like him.

Why? Because if the Dems or RINOs (including Rubio, Kasich) and even Cruz who has been soft on illegal immigration, get in America will continue to be converted into a third world country. Crazy? Well ask the people who live in Dearborn who have to suffer the Muslim call to prayer five times a day. And who have seen their property prices collapse since only Muslims will buy their houses. Or ask the Californians where English is becoming a minority language. And now Ford is building a huge factory in Mexico. US jobs gone for good.

(And let’s not forget the Somali Muslim Dems caucusing in Minnesota. They did not even bother to speak in English. Who knows what they were saying!)

The time to save America is urgent. Europe is probably lost. Vote Trump to save your country. It is the last best only chance we have.

This is no time to stand on purist conservative unelectable principles.

        • omanuel says:

I do not agree. Ted Cruz can beat Hillary in the general election.

Donald Trump would be defeated by Hillary in the general election.

But there is an important role forDonal Trump in rescuing our country from UN control.

        • Menicholas says:

Must vote for whoever our side puts up. I agree totally with V. Uil.

        • Gail Combs says:

Ted Cruz is only in the race to give it to the GOPe’s pick Oliver. If Trump does not take him out, as a candidate he has STANDING, Clinton will because she will have STANDING.

None of the attempts to oust Obummer have worked because the courts say we have ‘no standing’ and will not hear the case.

The NBC clause exists for the sole purpose of preventing anyone born of foreign, dual or divided national allegiance from ever entering the Oval Office. “Natural Born Citizen” IS a “settled matter”. The SCOTUS has ruled at least SIX times that a “Natural Born Citizen”is one born IN the United States to Parents who are BOTH US Citizens.

Supreme Court Cases that Cite “Natural Born Citizen”as One Born on U.S. Soil to Citizen Parents
          Venus, 12 U.S. 8 Cranch 253 253 (1814)
          Shanks v DuPont, 28 U.S. 3 Pet. 242 242 (1830)
          Dred Scott v Sandford, 60 U.S. 393 (1857)
          Minor v Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875)
          United States v Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898)
          Perkins v. Elg, 307 U.S. 325 (1939) .

This is why the Supreme Court fell back on you do not have ‘standing’ line of defense.

Also remember Cruz has SEALED HIS RECORDS.

First in 1970 Canada did not allow dual citizenship. His mother was required to go to the councilate and register Teddie as an American citizen born on foreign soil. She did not as is obvious from Cruz having to deny his Canadian citizenship. That alone makes him a Canadian and not a US citizen.

          Elisa Sluijs said:
” And as a neighbor to Elanor I know more that I am sure Cruz does not want told but the Consulate in Calgary Alberta has no problem in stating she could not and did not record his birth with them as she was not American at the time of his birth. She could not have been for as many years as she lived in Canada with out visas being issued, All records previously stated are public records you however must send in a written request to obtain copies, Unlike the Us this is all public record for a fee.

I lived next door to Elanor Elizabeth Wilson for many years I was present when she went to Canada Immigration in 1968 and denounced her US Citizenship and surrendered her US Passport. she at that time was given Canadian Citizenship she went directly from there to the Canada Manpower Office and obtained a Canadian Social Insurance number, she then went to Alberta Health and obtained Alberta Health care, she also registered to Vote in the Canadian elections and did so as a Canadian citizen no Americans can vote in Canadian elections, nor can they hold Alberta Health coverage nor reside in Canada that long with out being deported for over staying her visa, she was American at the time of his birth I know I was there, I know too she went to the American Consulate in Calgary she was told she had given up her citizenship and her children had no status in the United States.

She used her birth certificate to reenter the US under false pretenses as a US citizen in 1974 and did not let on she had denounced her citizenship I expect. But I can prove by consulate records, voters records, Alberta health care records, Immigration of Canada records, Social Insurance records{basically the same as social security in the states} that she was no longer American at the time of his birth but Canadian and had not reapplied to get her citizenship back either….”

          Elisa Sluijs, Also said
“….even by the American Immigration Laws he gave up being American when he turned 22 and had not denounced his Canadian status before then. by the Laws of immigration you must choose by the 21st birthday there is no holding duel citizenship in the US beyond 21 years of age. notarized copies of all these records are now filed with the Court of Queens bench in safe keeping so that no one can make them disappear as well as having been turned over to American Authorities whom we did not trust to investigate this matter as well, so we also sent to England copies of these notarized documents so they can not be destroyed or gotten rid of….”

I know my boy friend in high school, US mother Canadian father born in Canada, was agonizing over which citizenship he would hold and which he would give up. We had many many discussions about it. He decided Canadian.

That is why the whole Cruz, “I didn’t know'” excuse stinks. Cruz KNEW he was a Canadian as soon as he went for his first drivers license and had to show his birth certificate per Texas Law (go look it up). He probably kept his Canadian citizenship so he could avoid any US military draft.

Remember Senator Ted Cruz has also documented the fact that he was not a “native born citizen” of the United States, but rather a “native born citizen” of Canada on December 22, 1970, who maintained his legal Canadian citizenship until May 14, 2014 when AFTER he was elected to the Senate he said OOPS, I guess I better become an US citizen. • Gail Combs says:

Then there is the Cruz the ‘outsider’ myth.

          TED CRUZ, CHINA AND TRADE

Ted Cruz was part of the team that got China into the World Trade Organization and granted China, PNTR (permanent normal trade relations) with the USA. So we can lay the loss of jobs directly at Ted Cruz’s feet.

Wiki/google has wiped the fact that it was Bush Sr’s administration, that spearheaded the negotiations for the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the World Trade Organization. When Congress refused to ratified the baton was passed to Clinton who sweet talked Congress into ratification. — Amazing how quickly history gets re-written.

16 years ago, as a young domestic policy adviser for Bush’s 2000 campaign, Cruz uprooted his life, taken an 80 percent pay cut and moved to Austin, Texas, with visions of a big, important White House job to follow. And he got a job from Bush.

Cruz developed economic policy as the director of the Federal Trade Commission’s Office of Policy Planning.”

“Since 2000, the trade deficit with China has surged by 173 percent, from $83 billion in 2000 to $227 billion in 2009. The United States has lost more than one-third of all its manufacturing jobs — 5.6 million; U.S. wages have declined; the country has suffered a financial meltdown; it has spent $14 trillion on economic stimulus, only to experience the highest unemployment rates in generations and annual federal budget deficits of more than $1 trillion. These trends are not “likely to end,” says Lighthizer.
          Granting PNTR
[permanent normal trade relations] to China would “increase U.S. jobs and reduce our trade deficit,” Clinton promised. There are fewer private sector jobs in May 2010 (107.6 million) than in May 2000 (110.7 million). The U.S. trade deficit in goods skyrocketed to more than $800 billion in 2008, and is presently increasing at a rate that is considered to be unsustainable.

        • Nobama says:

Along the way, I’ve really appreciated what Trump brought to the table, even though I was favoring Cruz. In recent weeks, I’ve seen testimonials from many people who know Trump personally. The picture coming from these individuals is quite positive. Compare that to the reports from those who know Hildebeast personally.

I still like Cruz, but we need someone who isn’t afraid to break taboos. The situation now is so dire, we can’t have warriors who march, uniformed, in a straight line into battle. We’re going to need some guerrilla tactics to restore freedom. Trump is an imperfect hero, but I don’t care. God bless him for his efforts. The biggest concern now is that he needs to remain alive long enough to get there…. and after he gets there. The banksters are planning his assassination I’m certain.

        • Ernest Bush says:

Cruz has never been soft on illegal immigration. You are believing Rubio’s propagandist style lies. He merely placed a “poison pill” amendment in the bill Rubio helped sponsor. The amendment would have denied the new immigrant class the right to vote, which meant no sane Democrat would vote for it. You are completely deluded about Trump.
Cruz has always kept his promises to the citizens of Texas. Its why so many Republicans in the Senate hate him.

Recently asked about his stand on immigration, Cruz said he would have the laws strictly enforced regarding immigration, even if it imposed hardship on many of the illegals.

In case you missed it, Trump has already said many times he will make deals. It’s what he does. He named leftists judges, including a family member as possible choices for the Supreme Court. He will run as an Independent if he doesn’t get a majority of votes. He will guarantee that Hillary wins this election because of that. We will have Hillary elected by a minority as happened with Woodrow Wilson when Theodor Roosevelt started the Bull Moose Party. Like Trump he fooled the Republicans for the first term, even though he was a rampant Progressivist.

      • Andy DC says:

Cruz does not have the support of the establishment, nor does he seem to have that much appeal outside the reddest of the red states. I don’t believe he could ever get the nomination this time around. He should make a deal with Trump (VP, plus selection of Justices) and send the establishment packing.

Since Trump is “flexible”, Cruz would have a lot of influence with Trump as VP. Plus he is a young man, so after serving as Trump’s VP, his own path to the White House would be wide open.

        • Latitude says:

          can’t disagree with that….

        • Gail Combs says:

Here’s a list of Cruz’s backers, who plotted against Trump at the Secret Island Meeting just before the Chicago Rally Riots.

          Apple CEO Tim Cook,
          Google co-founder Larry Page,
Napster creator and Facebook investor Sean Parker,
Tesla Motors and SpaceX honcho Elon Musk
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.),
          GOPe leader Karl Rove,
          House Speaker Paul Ryan,
GOP Sens. Tom Cotton (Ark.), Cory Gardner (Colo.), Tim Scott (S.C.), Rob Portman (Ohio) and Ben Sasse (Neb.),
Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Fred Upton (Mich.),
          Rep. Kevin Brady (Texas)
          Kevin McCarthy (Calif.),
          Cathy McMorris Rodgers (Wash.),
Budget Committee Chairman Tom Price (R-Ga.),
Financial Services Committee Chairman Jeb Hensarling (Texas)
          Diane Black (Tenn.)

Please remember Cruz was NEVER MEANT TO BE A SERIOUS CANDIDATE!
He is only in the race to ensure a Brokered Convention that allows the GOP establishment to pick who ever they D@MN WELL PLEASE and F…K the American voters.

Mitt Romney even stated this openly:

” Given the current delegate selection process, this means that I would vote for Marco Rubio in Florida, for John Kasich in Ohio, and for Ted Cruz or whichever one of the other two contenders has the best chance of beating Mr. Trump in a given state.”

So Mitt just let us know that it is all about defeating the outsider Trump. Heck John Kasich
failed to gain the signatures needed for ballot access to the state of Pennsylvania and for parts of Illinois so how can he be taken as a serious candidate? It is not about Cruz winning it is about the corrupt GOP establishment winning against Trump.

This is why Cruz CAN NOT WIN!

1,237 delegates are needed on the first ballot to prevent a brokered convention. Also ” a candidate must win a majority of delegates in eight or more states before his or her name may be presented for nomination at the 2016 Republican National Convention.”
The best states for Cruz are in the south and he lost some of them to Trump. Kasich who was suposed to grab the northern states is such a non-entity he may not even win his home state without voter fraud. The chances of Cruz getting the eight states AND the 1,237 delegates are zip.

In 2014, the RNC approved selection rules that govern how each state’s delegates are portioned out from the primaries. Under one of the changes, states holding their primaries between March 1 and March 14 will have their delegates doled out proportionately with election results, a change that will likely stymie a movement candidate. [ This is the clear statement by the GOP saying F…K U to the American voters]

States that have primaries on or after March 15 will be winner-take-all states.

That’s important because another RNC rule change requires that a candidate must win a majority of delegates in eight or more states before his or her name may be presented for nomination at the 2016 Republican National Convention.

With 18 GOP presidential candidates, for now, it will be that much harder for any candidate to win a majority in any state, let alone eight. ( Article July 2015 )

The original plan was to shove Jeb Bush down our throats by keeping anyone from winning under the GOPe new rules thus triggering a brokered convention…. And then came Trump.

        • Nobama says:

I like that combination also. I like Jeff Sessions also, but don’t know if he’s the right person to ascend to President if Trump is assassinated, which is likely to be attempted. Ever wonder how the secret service allowed John Hinckley to get so close to Reagan?

I don’t see Cruz as part of the establishment plot. But every single candidate has said or done things that could be questioned, including Trump. A Trump/Cruz combo would ensure the nomination. If Trump is foolish enough to take Kasich, Rubio, or Christie, his chance of assassination just goes up.

Service Employees Interational Union may now be communists thugs, but it didn’t seem that way at first. Communism advances by taking control of good causes like:

      Opposing Nationalism
      Opposing Nuclear War
      Environmentalism
      Ending Racism
      Ending Sexism
      Etc., etc.

and then eliminating the right of the people to control or eliminate the communist government.

  4. It’s all in the legalese, dear friends. Contrary to popular belief, courts worldwide and their officers in fact operate under the same Roman system and use the laws of the sea such as admiralty law or civil law or maritime law or law merchant. The officers of these courts belong to bar associations and law societies and are in fact knights and soldiers oathed to HM THE QUEEN which is a secret society and not to be confused with the living woman, namely Mary of Windsor.
The rules of these sea courts in fact only have jurisdiction over legal fictions and the contracts between them.

The officers of these sea courts use a language called legalese which sounds like English, yet is deceptively different. By comparing original law dictionaries to current ones, one will see how the definitions of words are being changed to suit the needs of the powers-that-were to dumb the people down and to reduce them to slaves, yet again.

These sea courts use semantic deceit under colour of law to change people’s civil and political character and status from the living laws of the land into the jurisdiction of the sea by press-ganging the people to admit to their registered legal fiction names. In this way, people are being reduced to the same status as fictitious corporations and governments which are then able to plunder the people, their labour and natural resources.

    Words such as ‘person’, ‘citizen’, ‘individual’, ‘human/being’ are ALL LEGAL FICTIONS with obligations and duties; your constitution states WE, THE PEOPLE; NOT we, the persons or citizens or individuals; sovereign people have the capacity to choose when to be deemed a citizen and when not; please make the distinction? it’s called subject-matter-jurisdiction;

The truth is that these sea courts have NO jurisdiction on the land. For more on the U.S. deceptions read annavonreitz.com. Education is the most powerful weapon that we, the people can use to bring about change. in peace

        https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10640850/STALINS_SCIENCE.pdf

The real issue to be decided is:

        1. The United States government that was established in 1776 versus

        2. The United Nations (UN) that was established in 1945 and the front organization for Stalin’s Orwellian Ministry of Scientific (UN)Truth) – The US National Academy of Sciences !

      • Nobama says:

I prefer the term “Libstain” or “Progstain” for lefty scumbags. 🙂 Agreed, gator, Liberals actually defined something good at one time. The left seems to have stolen the term and perverted it, much as they pretend to champion civil rights, when they filibustered the civil rights acts of 1957 and 1964…

“On this day in 1964, Everett Dirksen (R-IL), the Republican Leader in the U.S. Senate, condemned the Democrats’ 57-day filibuster against the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Leading the Democrats in their opposition to civil rights for African-Americans was Senator Robert Byrd (D-WV)” http://www.senate.gov/artandhistory/history/common/generic/CivilRightsAct1964.htm

Senate.gov has the whole story, and it’s a lot of fun to tell it to Libstains today. Earlier bills, introduced by the GOP, (in 57 and 59) who were the champions of civil rights, had been signed by Dwight Eisenhower, following filibuster by Strom Thurmond. But the media would have you think it was Kennedy’s idea.

Regarding the 1957 bill: ….From Wiki (strangely enough)…….. “The bill passed the House with a vote of 285 to 126 (Republicans 167–19 for, Democrats 118–107 for)[4] and the Senate 72 to 18 (Republicans 43–0 for, Democrats 29–18 for).[5] President Eisenhower signed it on September 9, 1957.”

I agree, we must get rid of the ruling elite.

To achieve that goal, we must first decide if TRUMP or CRUZ could win a general election vote against HILLARY CLINTON.

TRUMP can garner ~30% more Republican votes than CRUZ, but it appears CRUZ could garner ~90% more Democratic votes than TRUMP.

For that reason, I will personally vote for CRUZ in the Republican primary.

Cruz got away with the scam he pulled on Dr Ben Carson despite Dr Ben calling him on it and tossing his apollogy back in his face at the debbate. (Dr Ben was too much of a gentleman to do it loudly enought to be noticed unfortunately.)

Cruz has no where to go but down at this point as people drive home the various points against Cruz. Christians do not like a liar or someone who supports thugs and those Christians were the Cruz support base.

Middle of the road Democrats do not like thugs either nor do blue collar union members. Hitlery and the GOPe really messed-up when they sent the George Soros funded Move.on thugs after Trump.

Oh, and speaking of the Move.on thugs how about THIS to turn off voters?

I am writing to describe a certain situation, and ask of you and others on this site, to act upon this.

My daughter, a student at an Ivy League university, told me that Moveon.com and various groups within the university, have been assigned the task to search Facebook and other social media outlets, with the view to target those who are potential Republican voters, in order to intimidate them, and if necessary, physically attack them. My daughter told me that the atmosphere on the university campus is the most toxic witch hunt she has ever witnessed. I am convinced that this is happening on campuses throughout USA. The witch hunt is properly organized, and probably funded by some nefarious organizations.

  11. The lead was the laughable possibility of a senator not being above conspiracy laws. The floodgates then burst forth supporters of individual yet identical looter cretins, underscoring Edward Teller’s observation that “scientists are exactly like everyone else–outside their narrow field of expertise.” Great minds discuss third-party platforms. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people.

  12. JapanT says:

Yeah, so what? (Sarc) If you are an American living overseas, our government denies your 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th amendments and our equal protection rights, for starters.

Yes very serious, but as no one will DO anything about, we better learn to live with it. Errrrrrrr.

  13. JapanT says:

Violating the 1st amendment is no small thing, however if you are and American living outside the US the US violates at least the 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th amendments and various equal protection clauses.

So what do we DO about it?

  14. JapanT says:

Arguments about Cruz’s citizenship based upon his actions and/or the actions of his mother are irrelevant. My child was born in Japan to a Japanese mother and I have NOT registered their birth with the US Embassy. He is, to the rest of the world, Japanese and Japanese only unless they decides to activate their birthright citizenship when they become of age. Yet, the US considers them a US citizen. They must file tax and information returns and possibly pay taxes to the US. The only way to rid themselves of the burden of US citizenship is to formally renounce or relinquish which now costs over $2000. and requires five years af tax and information returns and possibly an exit tax. If Cruz did not under go this extremely expensive and time consuming process, then the US considers him a US citizen regardless of the intent and wishes of himself and his American parent(s).

There are many, many, many people around the world finding out to their disbelief and dismay that they are US citizens and owe huge amounts of money in fines for not filling tax and information returns. These people have no reasonable expectation of being a US citizen, many live in nations that do not allow dual citizenship, like Japan, and do not even speak English, yet the US considers then citizens.

Whether he or his mother wanted it or not, Ted Cruz IS a US citizen. So is my child.
