It’s understandable — you’re number 1 with me. But then I’m also an old electrical engineer who values real data. Maybe it’s an engineer thing.
Data is apparently not something which climate scientists are not familiar with.
Please do not confuse scientists (people who use scientific method) with academics who rely on positive reinforcement from the academic community. Academic scientist worship three of Bacon’s 4 Idols. Peer review only eliminates Idols of the cave, but embraces Idols of the Tribe, Idols of the Marketplace, and idols of the theater.
