Lisa Jackson : Heatwaves And Droughts Were Much Worse During The 1930s

From the EPA web site. Curious that Lisa is trying to regulate the US economy into oblivion – over a phenomenon which her own agency says isn’t occurring.

Interesting…it was worse than we thought in the ’30s.

  2. Kaboom says:

Thanks to the stringent legislation against CO2 emissions in 1938 a catastrophic warming was averted!

  3. Brian G Valentine says:

Outside of a few unfortunate folks with damaging frontal lobotomies, I wonder if Lisa has any other followers on “twitter”

  4. Marian says:

Since you’ve shown that EPA Graph.

What’s the bet the EPA will do a fiddle touchup job and spike the 2010/12 data up a few more notches. Doesn’t look good for their AGW/CC claims of late.

  5. Mike Mangan says:

Hey, Goddard, some douchebag at DotEarth is accusing you of libeling Hansen. Not Revkin, of course, but Phil Wenz.

Hey Steven , remember that truth is an absolute defense.

    • I have lengthy dossier on Hansen which would be the last thing he would want in a courtroom.

      • Brian G Valentine says:

You aren’t the only one. IG at NASA probably does too, related to unreported outside income. But Hansen knows the right people in Congress who will keep his ass off the stovetop

  7. Lightrain says:

“The recent period of increasing heat is distinguished by a rise in extremely high nighttime temperatures.”

    UHI doh!
