Stopping Climate Change

Too bad they didn’t know how to stop climate change during the Little Ice Age. Just think of all the pleasant weather they could have saved us from.

I am particularly sad that no one knew how to stop climate change during the 1930s. CO2 was very safe during the Dust Bowl.

“And then the dispossessed were drawn west- from Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico; from Nevada and Arkansas, families, tribes, dusted out, tractored out. Car-loads, caravans, homeless and hungry; twenty thousand and fifty thousand and a hundred thousand and two hundred thousand. They streamed over the mountains, hungry and restless – restless as ants, scurrying to find work to do – to lift, to push, to pull, to pick, to cut – anything, any burden to bear, for food. The kids are hungry. We got no place to live. Like ants scurrying for work, for food, and most of all for land.”

– John Steinbeck, The Grapes of Wrath, 1939

Probably No. 1 on the warmist’s book-burning list.

‘And we decree that the name ‘Steinbeck’, he of the Original Denier Sin, shall never be uttered again upon the land, penalty of death.’

I want to stop climate altogether period…. I wanna live on a distant rock trillions of miles far from a sun and no atmosphere… can we convert the earth so that there are no more climate wars please…hahahahah

Is there any doubt from the insanity that we have seen that this is absolutely what would have occurred? No sooner than they detected the very slight warming they would have slashed and burned everything on their Luddite agenda.

If Mann, Hansen, Romm, Trenberth, Ehrlich lived in the 1870’s to 1880’s every important invention from then and later would have been DOA. Automobile, Electricity, Telephone, Radio, Airplane, even indoor plumbing.

And Steve Mosher would be right there with them verifying the integrity of theories and calculations.

If you could control the climate (which you can’t), who in his right mind would make it colder? Like people in Chicago would really miss the -20 cold and snowbound winters of the 70’s and 80’s.

I remember Patrick Michaels, on a talk show, saying it’s was the colder areas that were warming and they could go from 55 below to 53 below and he didn’t seem to think that would be much a problem. 🙂

Yesterday, here in the Mid-South, we survived a 25 degree swing in 24 hours. I think most of the animals were able to easily adapt. It was a little difficult at first, but with a flip of the AC and some CO2, we made it through. 🙂

I know how to make the climate colder! clone about 50 or so Al Gore’s and dump them in the ocean’s all over the world, you would have a world wide la nina (THE GORE EFFECT)

Other major epochal changes in weather were caused primarily by orbital changes or angle of earth’s wobble. That is not the cause of cur current changes; man made CO2 is. But, then, I guess you know that.
